TIE Welcomes New Interns!

TIE is proud to announce that two new graduate interns have joined out team! Tabinda Siddiqi, a first-year student at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and Peter Milliken, a first-year M.A. student of  the Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning program have joined TIE's leadership.

The newest additions of Peter and Tabinda reflect the strength of TIE's existing programs and initiatives, as well as highlight exciting new developments and relationships that have been fostered. In the last year, TIE has added several new programs, which have created new opportunities for Tufts students. The ten-year anniversary with longtime Tufts partner, the Stockholm Environment Institute, saw the creation of two internship opportunities for students to contribute to emerging research, while the partnership with Greentown Labs, Tufts newest partner, saw the addition of a liaison to foster new connections between the two organization. The launching of the new M.S. degree in Sustainable Water Management, additionally prompted the creation of a new intern position to assist with coordination and administration.

At TIE, Tabinda will assist with Communication and Outreach. She brings with her a wealth of experience from the developmental sector and proficiency in several methods and avenues of contact. Peter will assist primarily with task management of TIE's programs and WSSS Coordination and comes to Tufts by way of the environmental health sector. TIE is excited to welcome both to the leadership team!
