The main purpose of this guide, compiled by TIE, is to give students a broad overview of the various options for environmental degrees open to them, and to present in one place the many environmentally related courses offered at Tufts. The file provides a comprehensive listing of courses offered at all of the schools within the University (with the exception of the Dental School), and provides information about cross-registration at other universities within the Boston area. The Tufts Environmental Course Guide is for all students interested in broadening their particular concentration to include a higher level of environmental literacy, not just those interested in earning an environmental degree.

This year’s Environmental Course Guide has been split into an Undergraduate Environmental Course Guide and a Graduate Environmental Course Guide. Courses are also now arranged by theme, as opposed to academic department. We hope these changes will make the guide easier to navigate. The old Course Guides can still be found online, if you would like to take a look.
