SEI Lunch Talk: No State Left Behind: A Better Approach to Climate Policy
October 6 The Stockholm Environment Institute held a Lunch Talk on Wednesday, October 6th, 2010, from 12:00 until 1:00pm at the Austin Conference Room in Tisch Library, Tufts University. Faculty, students, staff, Tufts Community members and friends were welcome to this free event.

 April 24  TIE and Tufts Recycles hosted a Clothing Swap to encourage students to recycle their used clothes.
Tufts Energy Conference
April 16 and 17  TIE co-sponsored the 2010 Tufts Energy Conference entitled, “The Evolution of Energy” with two days of panels, keynote speakers, and an exhibition.

April 15 Speaker: Jamaica Kincaid, Professor of Literature at Claremont McKenna College and author of works such as My Garden and Among Flowers: A Walk in the Himalayas
Corporate Sustainability Management: A Silicon Valley View, Bruce S. Klafter
April 12 Bruce S. Klafter E’76, Senior Director of Environmental Health and Safety and head of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability led a roundtable discussion about business and sustainability management.
International Water Conference and Roundtable Discussion
March 19 Earthos, the Boston Architectural College, and Tufts University held a discussion to plan an International Conference on Global Water Challenges for January 2011.
Adventure Filmmaker Michael Brown March 9 Award Winning Adventure Filmmaker Michael Brown, the man behind the Everest and Alps IMAX movies, presented on extreme filmmaking with an environmental twist.
Climate Change and Health in the Arctic  March 3 and 4 A two day workshop to explore Tufts interdisciplinary capacity to engage in Arctic research in the future and to prepare ourselves to compete in upcoming funding opportunities.
