When asked why she chose to apply for a TIE Travel Grant, Taylor responded with the following: "I was interested in this program for the opportunity it afforded to take place in the current conversation in my field around plants and food systems and their intersection to literary studies."
After completing her degree, Taylor homes to pursue teaching in literary/ interdisciplinary studies and/or tutoring.
When not doing schoolwork, Taylor enjoys cooking and hiking, as well as reading and playing with my cats.
