Over the years, TIE has supported academic research across a wide variety of disciplines--from wildlife conservation to clean energy to eco-criticism and more. Committed to diversity of disciplines, fields, and research methods in accordance with measures of excellence, TIE's graduate research fellowship can be used to conduct independent, interdisciplinary environmental research projects.

Matriculated graduate students at any of Tufts University's graduate programs and professional schools are eligible to apply for this opportunity to conduct primary data collection within their own area of interest and obtain mentorship from Tufts faculty and TIE staff to help build research expertise.
