Tufts University students from engineering to public health, nutrition to international relations, urban planning to chemistry, and everything in between, participate in WSSS! They travel around the world to work on a variety of water issues, and they work together to expand their interdisciplinary understanding of local and global solutions. Each year the students apply their WSSS experiences in an annual water symposium at Tufts. Learn more about the certificate below!
In addition to the joint elements of the curriculum, WSSS students customize their certificate by choosing between two tracks. The practicum track offers a professional learning experience while the research track gives students the opportunity to explore their own research interests.
